Dynamic range 125dB from 10MHz to 3GHz, 110dB from 3GHz to 6GHz. Standard
S-parameter measurements with embededing/de-embedding to account for effects
of test fixtures. Arbitrary impedance measurements, mixer measurements,
and pass/fail limit lines are standard features. Optional capabilities
include noise figure, intermodulation distortion, harmonics, and time domain
measurements.
