Source Measure Units, or SMUs, have the unique capability to simultaneously source and measure voltage and current in the same instrument. SMUs come in many varieties to cover the most common voltage and current ranges and provide precision and accuracy with results. Electro Rent has SMUs to rent, purchase new and as Certified Pre-Owned instruments. SMUs are available from all the major OEMs including Keysight, Keithley and Rohde & Schwarz.
