Directly connect to 0.1-in (2.54-mm) header pins; supports up to 3 GHz with Keysight's N2751A / 52A InfiniiMode differential active probes, and up to 1.5 GHz with the Keysight N2750A active differential probe.
The Keysight N2778A socketed tip enables you to connect the probe directly to 0.1-inch header pins. For best performance, use this tip in differential mode with inputs A and B connected to test nodes. The socketed leads include a damping resistor to achieve flat response across the rated bandwidth.
