The PCI-SIG CEM 6.0 Test Fixture Kit is the official compliance fixture package developed by PCI-SIG for electrical testing and validation of PCI Express® 6.0 Card Electromechanical (CEM) devices. It is used by semiconductor manufacturers, system designers, test laboratories, and PCI-SIG Compliance Workshops to perform transmitter, receiver, and signal integrity testing on PCIe Gen6 add-in cards and host systems.
The kit provides a collection of precision compliance fixtures, calibration boards, and RF interconnects that interface with high-performance oscilloscopes, bit error ratio testers (BERTs), arbitrary waveform generators (AWGs), and automated compliance software.
The kit forms the physical test interface required by the PCI-SIG electrical compliance methodology.
