A three-slot wide DCA-X module that integrated two 50/85 GHz electrical channels with a clock recovery (CDR) and a precision timebase (PTB) to provide residual jitter as low as 45 fs for more accurate jitter measurements.
The Keysight N1060A precision waveform analyzer is a digital communications analyzer (DCA) module that is compatible with the Keysight N1000A mainframe. Like all of Keysight's DCA modules, the N1060A provides a wide range of configurations and performance options to interchange the bandwidth and clock recovery data rate of your oscilloscope solution.
