TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This promotion (“Power Play”) is offered by Tektronix and is valid for purchases made during the promotional period of July 14, 2025, through December 31, 2025. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

• All purchases made under this promotion are considered promotional sales and are subject to Tektronix’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sales.
• All offers are subject to availability and may be modified or terminated at Tektronix’s discretion without prior notice or obligation to provide compensation.
• Purchases must be made through authorized Tektronix distributors or sales representatives

2. Promotion Details

• Promotional Modifier: GL-MSR 047-2024/079-2025/007-2036 Power Play.
• Bandwidth Configuration: Customers must order the higher-bandwidth MSO4B or MSO5B model they wish to receive. When the promo modifier is applied, pricing is adjusted to the next lower tier. Valid for a one-tier upgrade only and must be applied at time of order. No substitutions or cash value.
  - Example: Pay for an MSO58B 5-BW-500, receive an MSO58B 5-BW-1000.
• Perpetual Starter License: Each qualifying MSO4B or MSO5B oscilloscope includes one Starter (PER) license.
• Discounts on Probes and Software: Customers may receive an additional 30% off compatible probes and software purchased in the same order as the qualifying oscilloscope. Probes and software must be included on the same PO to qualify.
• Discounts on Services: Customers may receive an additional 20% off all eligible service options (T3, T5, R3, R5, C3, C5) if purchased at the time of the qualifying oscilloscope order.

3. Purchase Rules and Limitations

• Probe Quantities Must Align with Scope Channels: The number of discounted probes may not exceed the total number of physical channels on the purchased oscilloscope(s).
• Software Discounts: All eligible on-scope and bench software purchased on the same PO as a qualifying MSO4B or MSO5B are eligible for a 30% discount. No limit on the number of software licenses per oscilloscope.
• Service Discount Application: Services must be purchased at the same time as the qualifying hardware to receive the discount. Retroactive service discounts will not be honored.
• Per-Unit Application: Each qualifying MSO4B or MSO5B in the order is eligible for the promotion. Multiple scopes may be purchased in a single order. Each qualifying oscilloscope in the order is eligible for one set of promotional benefits.

4. Non-Combinable Offers

This offer may not be combined with other promotions, special pricing agreements, or discounts unless explicitly authorized by the Regional Sales Manager.

5. Eligible Products

The oscilloscopes, probes, on-scope software, and service packages listed on this page are eligible under this promotion.

• All MSO4B and MSO5B Series models excluding low profiles.
• On-Scope Software Bundles (tek.com/en/documents/brochure/software-bundles-for-the-4-5-and-6-series-mso-oscilloscopes).
• Bench Software:TekScopePC, TekCloud, TekDrive, and SignalVu.
• Service options: T3, T5, R3, R5, C3, C5.            

6. Exclusions

• Products sold under separate promotions, custom pricing agreements, or special discounts outside standard pricing tiers.
• Orders placed before the promotion start date or after the promotion end date.
• Refurbished (Encore) and demonstration units are not eligible for this program.

7. Order Requirements

• All items must be included in a single purchase order.
• Purchase orders must include the promo modifier, end-user details, and all associated items (scope, probes, software, and service) to qualify.
• Purchase orders must be received within the promotional period to qualify.
