Platinum Equity portfolio company Electro Rent today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to sell its intellirent division to Sandbrook Capital. 

Alan Mayer joins test equipment services leader Electro Rent, leveraging a best-in-class go-to-market strategy and customer success background to drive growth. 

Now, customers in Portugal can rent test equipment through eNGN, which offers easy access to Electro Rent’s inventory of more than 65,000 test instruments with local language communications and in-country support for a higher level of service. 

From the 10th of June 2024, Electro Rent will move its Belgium office to new, improved premises in Mechelen to offer even faster service and broader support. The business has made significant investments to create larger, fully modernised logistics, office, and laboratory facilities, giving it even greater capacity to serve a broad customer base across Europe.
