The Keithley Model 8009 Resistivity Test Fixture is a guarded test fixture used for measuring both volume resistivity and surface resistivity of insulating materials. It provides excellent electrostatic shielding and very high insulation resistance, making it suitable for high-resistance material testing.
The fixture is designed to work with the Keithley 6517B Electrometer, Keithley 6517A Electrometer, and the original Keithley 6517 Electrometer. An integrated safety interlock automatically disables the high-voltage source whenever the lid is opened.
