R&S®ZN-Z2xx calibration kits use precision standards to correct system errors of vector network analyzers. The upper frequency limits are tailored to support the high-end R&S®ZNA VNAs. They include male and female standards and support insertable and non-insertable calibration.
Each kit comes with individual S-parameter characterization data ("data based"). Excellent measurement accuracy is combined with optimized mechanical stability and reproducibility. In total, the kits include open, short, match in male/female each, through standards (m-m, f-f, m-f), a torque wrench, a counter holder and a USB stick.
