Electro Rent Teams Up with Triathlon Computer

Strengthens its leadership position in delivering technology solutions and services.

Electro Rent, a global leader of test and technology solutions and services, announced that it has acquired a significant portion of Triathlon Computer’s operating assets and will begin servicing its customers. 

Having already purchased Triathlon’s remarketing technology, Electro Rent now gains additional support for its Rush Computer business line allowing it to respond to growing customer demand for technology solutions and services.  Furthermore, Rush Computers will be able to offer new services to former Triathlon customers, including solutions for short-term technology projects, and asset management.

Jeff McFarlane, CEO & founder of Triathlon, will continue in his Electro Rent capacity as General Manager for Rush Computer Rentals as Triathlon winds down its operations.

Under the agreement, former Triathlon assets will support the global resale of Electro Rent’s Rush Computer pre-owned technology products.
