This promotion (“Teach. Learn. Save.”) is offered by Tektronix and is valid for purchases made during the promotional period. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.General

• All promotional sales are subject to Tektronix's standard Terms and Conditions of Sales.
• All offers are subject to availability and may be modified or terminated at Tektronix’s discretion without prior notice or obligation to provide compensation.
• Purchases must be made through authorized Tektronix distributors or sales representatives.

2. Promotion Details

• Promotional Modifier: GL-MSR 619-1005 4/5B EDU Promo.
• Additional 10% EDU Discount: An extra 10% discount, for a total of 25%, will be applied on top of the standard EDU discount for each qualifying order.
• Free TekScope PC STARTER-1Y License: Each qualifying oscilloscope includes a complimentary one-year TekScope STARTER license, which helps students and teachers by:
  • Enabling waveform analysis, including measurements and annotations, without an active scope.
  • Providing a platform for presenting and demonstrating concepts and techniques from a PC.
  • Giving teachers and teacher assistants a tool for viewing and grading student lab results outside the lab.

3. Purchase Rules and Limitations

• Eligibility: Offer valid only for accredited educational institutions. Proof of eligibility may be required.
• License Delivery: TekScope PC STARTER-1Y license will be delivered electronically upon order fulfillment.
• Single-Use Only: This promotion is limited to one use per qualifying oscilloscope purchase.
• Non-Combinable Offers: This offer may not be combined with other promotions, special pricing agreements, or discounts unless explicitly authorized by the Regional Sales Manager.

4. Eligible Products

All MSO4B and MSO5B models.

5. Exclusions

• Products previously sold with special pricing or discounts.
• Orders placed before the promotion start date or after the promotion end date.
• Encore and demo units are not eligible for this program.

6. Order Requirements

• All items must be included in a single purchase order and invoiced together.
• Purchase orders must be received within the promotional period to qualify.
