The Infiniium EXR-Series combines the signal integrity and capabilities of Keysight's high-performance UXR-Series scope with the instrument integration and speed of their InfiniiVision scopes. The EXR is 7 instruments in 1: a mixed signal oscilloscope, protocol analyzer, logic analyzer, waveform generator, frequency response analyzer, counter, and digital voltmeter. Keysight’s Infiniium EXR and MXR-Series oscilloscopes are the only scopes in the market that support up to 6 GHz of bandwidth on all eight channels simultaneously.
